Ruling of the Supreme Environmental on Fäboliden to be announced on September 17

The Supreme Environmental Court's ruling in the matter of a permit to establish and operate a mine and processing plant etc. at Fäboliden was due to be announced on Wednesday, September 1, 2008. The Court has now announced that this will be delayed until 11.00 am, September 17, 2008, due to a heavy workload.
