1973
- A mineralized boulder with a high gold grade is encountered for the first time in the Lycksele area.
1988
- Lappland Mineral HB is founded to search for the source of the gold-bearing boulder.
- Mineralized boulders containing gold are found at Norrån, southeast of Fäboliden in the municipality of Lycksele.
1992
- Gold mineralization is discovered in situ at Fäboliden.
1997
- Lappland Goldminers AB is founded.
2000
- Core drilling from 1993 to 2000 provides the basis for a qualified assessment of the gold potential at Fäboliden.
2000
- The gold potential of Stortjärnhobben is assessed.
2001
- The company's strategy is changed to include exploration and development of the projects towards production under the company's own control.
2004
- An exploitation concession is granted for the Fäboliden gold deposit (3 June).
- The shares of Lappland Goldminers begin trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange "Nya Marknaden" on June 7th.
- The Company becomes the sole owner of Fäboliden and Stortjärnhobben.
2005
- Test mining is carried out at Fäboliden to provide ore for beneficiation tests.
- A prefeasibility study for the Fäboliden deposit is completed.
2006
- An application for an environmental permit for the mining activities in Fäboliden is submitted to the Environmental Court.
- Lappland Goldminers is listed on the Oslo OTC exchange.
- SRK's report on the Fäboliden gold project is completed.
2007
- An exploitation concession is granted for the Stortjärnhobben deposit (February 13).
- For the first time Lappland Goldminers presents an ore reserve for Fäboliden's gold project (February 23).
- The Company acquires Northern Lion Corporation's Finnish gold projects, including the Haveri gold project (April 4).
- Extensive core drilling is carried out for the underground mine (depth 200-550 m).
- 10 year's anniversary of the Company.
